Terms of Service

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of Contract Dispatch (the "Service"), operated by Grit Glass LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we", "us"). By subscribing or submitting a business profile, you agree to these terms.

In short: we send you federal contracting opportunities that appear to match your business, taken from public SAM.gov data. We are independent and not part of any government agency. We don't bid for you, and we can't guarantee eligibility, accuracy or awards. $29/month, renews monthly, cancel anytime.

1. The Service

The Service collects publicly available federal contract opportunity information, filters and matches it to the business profile you provide, and emails you alerts. The underlying listings are public and available free at SAM.gov. You pay for our independent research, filtering, matching and delivery.

2. No government affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of SAM.gov, the U.S. General Services Administration, or any government agency.

3. What we don't do

We do not bid on contracts, prepare or submit proposals, perform contract work, broker or arrange awards, or represent you to any agency. Decisions about which opportunities to pursue, and the bids themselves, are entirely yours.

4. No guarantee of eligibility, accuracy or results

Matching is automated and based on the information you give us and the information published in each notice. Notices can be incomplete, can change, and can contain errors. We may miss opportunities or send ones that don't fit. Flags such as "eligibility concern" are informational only. You are responsible for reading the official notice and confirming every requirement, including eligibility, registration, deadlines and scope. We do not guarantee that you are eligible for any opportunity or that you will win any contract.

5. Your account and profile

You agree to give accurate information and keep your profile up to date. Alerts go to the email address on your profile.

6. Subscription, billing and renewal

The Service costs $29 per month (plus any applicable taxes), billed in advance through Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically every month and you are charged at the start of each period until you cancel.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend alerts until payment succeeds.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime through the billing link in your alert emails or by emailing team.contractdispatch@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep receiving alerts until then, and you will not be charged again. Fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods, except where required by law. See our cancellation page.

8. Acceptable use

Alerts are for your own business's use. You may not resell, republish or redistribute our alert emails or matching results, or use the Service to send unsolicited messages or to violate any law.

9. Changes to the Service or these terms

We may improve or change the Service. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email subscribers before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages, including any lost contract or bid opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Ending the Service

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. We may also discontinue the Service with at least 30 days' notice, in which case we will refund any prepaid fees for the period after the Service ends.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
