How it works

You do the bidding. We do the daily searching and sorting.

  1. Tell us what you do

A five-minute form: your services, where you work, and any certifications. You don't need to know NAICS codes.

  2. We check every new listing

Each morning we pull new and amended federal opportunities from the official SAM.gov public data.

  3. We filter and match

Listings are checked against your services, service area, set-aside eligibility, notice types and deadlines.

  4. You get one short email

Only the opportunities worth a look, each with a plain explanation and a link to the official notice.

Built for cleaning and facility companies

General contract databases cover everything. Contract Dispatch focuses on the work you actually do.

Matched to your services

We match on what you do (janitorial, windows, floor care, pressure washing, maintenance), not just on codes.

Only where you work

Set your states or choose nationwide. Listings outside your area stay out of your inbox.

Set-aside flags

If a contract is set aside for a group you haven't told us you belong to, such as SDVOSB or HUBZone, we flag it clearly.

Deadline aware

Closed listings are left out, and opportunities closing soon are marked so nothing sneaks up on you.

Amendments noticed

When a listing you were sent changes, such as a new deadline or scope, we tell you instead of sending it again as new.

Straight to the source

Every alert links to the official SAM.gov notice, so you always read the real requirements before you bid.

The listings are free. The time it takes to find the right ones isn't.

Anyone can search SAM.gov at no cost, and you always can. Contract Dispatch is for owners who would rather spend that time running their business.

What an alert looks like

A short, plain email. For each match you get the essentials, why it matched, anything that might limit who can bid, and the official link.

This example uses illustrative listings, not real notices. Real alerts contain only information published in the official notice. Where the notice leaves something out, the alert says so.

Questions

Is Contract Dispatch part of the government or SAM.gov?

No. Contract Dispatch is an independent private service operated by Grit Glass LLC. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by SAM.gov, the General Services Administration, or any government agency.

The listings are free on SAM.gov. What am I paying for?

You're paying for the daily searching, filtering, matching and delivery. The underlying listings are public and free, and you can always search SAM.gov yourself. We save you that time and send only what fits your business.

Do you bid on contracts or win work for me?

No. We find and send you opportunities. Deciding what to pursue, preparing your bid and submitting it are up to you. We don't broker awards or act on your behalf with agencies.

Can you guarantee I'm eligible or that I'll win?

No. We flag what each notice states, such as set-asides or registration requirements, but only the official notice and the contracting officer can confirm eligibility. Nobody can guarantee an award.

Do I need to be registered in SAM.gov?

You can receive alerts without it. Federal contracts generally require an active SAM.gov registration to receive an award, so if you plan to bid, it's worth starting early. Registration with SAM.gov is free.

I don't know my NAICS codes. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Just tick the services you provide and describe your work in your own words. We handle the codes.

Which kinds of opportunities do you cover?

Federal opportunities published on SAM.gov for commercial cleaning, janitorial, window cleaning, facility maintenance and related building services. You choose which notice types you want: solicitations, combined synopsis/solicitations, presolicitations, sources sought and special notices. State and local bids aren't included today.

How often will I get emails?

Daily or weekly (Mondays), your choice. If there are no new matches, we don't send an empty email.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, from the billing link in any alert email or by emailing team.contractdispatch@gmail.com. You keep your alerts until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Details are on our cancellation page.

What do you do with my information?

We use your business profile only to match and send opportunities, and to support your account. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them. See our privacy policy.
