Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Contract Dispatch collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contract Dispatch is a service operated by Grit Glass LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we", "us"). Questions: team.contractdispatch@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Business profile you submit through our form: business and contact name, email address, industry, services, capabilities, NAICS codes, service area, certifications, SAM.gov registration status, contract and project-size preferences, exclusions, alert frequency, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Subscription records from our payment processor, Stripe: your customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status and billing dates. Stripe collects and processes your payment card details; we do not see or store full card numbers.
- Email records: which alerts we sent you and whether delivery succeeded, plus any messages you send us.
- Prospective customers: if we contact your business before you sign up, we may hold your company name, website, location, services and a public business contact address, taken from public sources, along with the source of that information.
- Website: we do not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
- To match federal contracting opportunities to your business and send you alert emails.
- To manage your subscription, provide support, and send service messages (for example, payment problems or changes to these terms).
- To keep records required for billing, tax and legal purposes.
- For prospective customers: to send an individually reviewed introduction to our service, and to honor opt-out requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Service providers
We use these providers to run the service. Each processes information only as needed to provide its service to us:
- Google (Forms, Sheets, Gmail): profile storage and email delivery.
- Stripe: payments and subscription management.
- n8n: automation that runs our daily matching and email workflows.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
- Telegram: private internal notifications to our owner. These contain counts and short summaries, not your full records.
- AI service providers, if we enable AI-assisted analysis: to summarize public opportunity information and explain why it may fit your profile. Your profile details may be included for that purpose. We will update this policy before turning this on.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Public opportunity data
Opportunity information in our alerts comes from public U.S. government data published on SAM.gov. We are not affiliated with SAM.gov or any government agency.
How long we keep information
We keep your profile and subscription records while you are a subscriber and for as long as needed afterward for billing, tax, legal and dispute purposes. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely so we can keep honoring them. You can ask us to delete your profile at any time.
Your choices
- Update your profile by submitting the form again or emailing us.
- Stop emails using the link in any email or by replying "unsubscribe". Unsubscribing from alerts does not cancel billing; see our cancellation page.
- Access or delete your information by emailing team.contractdispatch@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across other websites, so we do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
Security
Our records are kept in private, access-controlled accounts protected by two-factor authentication. Payment details stay with Stripe. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can access it.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell subscribers by email about significant changes.
